Chris Herron is the head broker and owner of Herron Realty Group. No stranger to owning a business, Chris has been a serial entrepreneur since he was 16 years old. His business background has afforded him with the tools necessary to successfully run a real estate brokerage and with a degree in Diplomacy from Miami University, Chris is adept at negotiating contracts.
Having sold a technology business, Chris decided to follow a passion and pursue a career in real estate. Having obtained his brokers license in North Carolina, Chris affiliated with Helen Adams Realty in Charlotte before opening his own firm – REGroup Realty. After relocating to Dallas, Chris affiliated with Coldwell Banker in their Lakewood office. Recognizing that there were many constraints created by the big brokerage model, Chris opened Herron Realty Group so that he could more effectively serve his clients.
Chris’s goal is not to be the biggest real estate firm. He simply wants to be among the best. The way HRG achieves this is by providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge base, integrity, and professionalism. Chris has built a firm that can compete with the biggest brokerages but that has the flexibility to fully serve its’ clients.
